
The Idaho State Police is now accepting applications for new troopers.
The state police announced in a press release Friday that they are accepting applications for entry-level and lateral state troopers. The deadline to submit the application is Feb. 26. Anyone interested can apply or find more information on the state police website.
Physical and oral board testing begins for selected candidates after applications close. The Advanced Training Class begins in July.

State troopers specialize in highway safety and traffic enforcement, criminal investigations, commercial vehicle safety and alcohol beverage control.
