In-N-Out owner and president, Lynsi Snyder, said through a spokesperson that the company anticipates opening the first Idaho stores in late 2023 — though she did not specify where.

The company said in 2020 it hoped to open in Idaho within five years, so In-N-Out is currently ahead of schedule.

According to a report, Boise Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit for a drive-up and restaurant at 140 N. Milwaukee St.

In-N-Out also plans to build a restaurant and drive-through at The Village in Meridian.

In-N-Out Burger is a popular fast-food chain based in Southern California. It was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder and is known for its simple menu of burgers, fries and shakes.

The company is also known for its commitment to using high-quality ingredients, such as fresh beef and produce and for its strict adherence to its “Quality You Can Taste” mantra.

In-N-Out has a cult-like following and is considered one of the best fast-food burger chains in the United States. The chain has grown to over 300 locations in California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas.
