The charges are as follows:

— First-degree murder of JJ Vallow.
— Conspiracy to commit the murder of Tammy Daybell.
— Grand theft.
Two of Vallow Daybell’s victims were her children — 17-year-old Tylee and 7-year-old JJ. Her other victim is Tammy Daybell, the late wife of her husband, Chad Daybell. Vallow Daybell is expected to appear in Arizona court for the murder of her late husband, Charles Vallow.
Before Vallow Daybell can be officially sentenced, a pre-sentence report must be completed. Judge Steven Boyce expects it to take three months.
Nate Eaton of East Idaho News reports that Vallow Daybell showed no emotion upon hearing the verdict.
JJ’s grandfather, Larry Woodcock, addressed the media following the court proceedings. “Love always wins,” Woodcock said.
Woodcock now awaits the trial of Chad Daybell, who is charged as a co-conspirator in all of Lori’s crimes. The trial is expected to commence in June 2024.
